Membership in the West Coast Chapter (WCC) of the AFTAC Alumni Association is open ONLY to current and past AFTAC personnel - military or civilian or spouses/children of same. Charlie Penn resigned the WCC Presidency on 2-Feb-2012 due to moving away from Sacramento. A sincere thank you to Charlie for his 2 years+ of solid committment to that position (Dec'09-Jan'12). Dave Tarquino has been elevated from his elected position as WCC Vice President now to WCC President per WCC Articles Of Association (AoA), Article V, Sec. 2. Thanks, Dave. Joe Johnson was appointed WCC Vice President at the meeting held on 12-Mar-2012 per WCC AoA, Article VI, Sec. 1(e). Joe has held many WCC Offices, including as first President. Thanks, Joe.
